At Uccello Designs, my primary role is Sales Administrator, but I also assist wherever I am needed. Most of my work is in the B2C part of our business which has a lot of admin, reconciling all online orders, following up with aftersales customer care and other general office duties. I am also the Junior Marketing Administrator which means I help manage our social media, B2C marketing and other tasks.
I started at Uccello in 2019 and worked full time on my school holidays and part-time during the year, now that I have graduated from secondary school, I have started working full time again in our primary office in Ireland. Computer Science has always been a favourite subject and passion of mine, so I have been able to apply my knowledge to my work to create digital workflows and tracking systems for our ordering processes.
In my free time, you can find me either playing video games with my friends, in the cinema, hanging out with my cat, or eating my favourite food – pasta. Now that I am finished school I am trying to travel as much as possible, so I tend to spend a lot of time planning that too!

Head of Finance

Integrator, Innovation & Sales
My current role in Uccello is what we call the Integrator, which can involve wearing many different hats. We have a few different Teams such as Social Impact, People, Innovation, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations and I am honoured to be able to participate in each of these Teams with the best colleagues I’ve ever had. In a nutshell, I see my role as trying to solve bottlenecks and issues as quickly as possible, or ideally before they have an impact, so the Teams can get on with what they do best.
I’ve worked on every continent except Antarctica and swam in every ocean except the Arctic…… I guess I don’t like the cold very much. Went to University for the first time when I was 35; to get an MBA – better late than never.
When I’m not in the office, I love the outdoors, hiking or country walks in forests. I also love listening to and playing music; I play a few different instruments, and I also love reading and poetry. I think spicy food must get mentioned here too!!!

I have an extensive sales and business development background, working in the telecommunications and online sectors. I’ve taken over the family business in Perth, as well as assisting with the development and launch of the Uccello Kettle with its inventor, my father-in-law, Andy De Petra.
When I’m not in the office juggling the demands of two businesses, I love relaxing with my partner, three beautiful children, and extended family. Staying active is a big part of my life, whether it’s playing touch football, competing in obstacle challenges or working out at the gym. In the spare time I have, I’m also rebuilding a project car from scratch with my son.
