Frequently Asked Questions:

Multiple Sclerosis Support

Is the Uccello Kettle safe to use if I have weak or numb hands?

Yes. Its tilt-to-pour design means there is no need to lift or grip a heavy kettle. It stays in place (non-slip rubber feet) and you simply need to tilt it forward – making it easier and safer to use, even with fatigue, numbness or limited hand strength. It won’t use up your energy like the average kettle would.

How do your products help if I struggle with fatigue or grip?

Our range is designed to reduce strain and make daily tasks feel more manageable. The Kettle tilts with minimal effort, in just one easy tilt there no energy loss going back and forth to the kitchen.

Every detail is designed for ease, safety, and independence.

What’s the easiest way to fill the Uccello Kettle?

You have two options:

1. Remove the kettle body and fill it at the sink like a regular kettle (it’s lightweight when empty).

2. Leave it in the base and fill it with a cup or small jug — this way you never lift the kettle full of water.

How can I make sure I pour into the cup safely with limited hand control?

Place your cup about an inch away from the kettle base (handle facing the kettle). This gives a close, controlled target.

Do you offer a warranty or customer support?

Yes, we offer a 2 year warranty on the Uccello Kettle. We also have an award winning Customer Care team who is always happy to help via email on customercare@uccellodesigns.com.
