When you order the Uccello Kettle you will receive:

• 1 Uccello Kettle body with 1 stainless steel gauze filter wrapped in a protective poly-bag
• 1 Uccello Kettle base – surrounded by protective cardboard
• 1 instruction manual with safety and care guidelines

All the above are carefully placed in our Uccello Kettle gift box and then put into our delivery box for extra protection.

On the outside of your delivery box, you will see our office address. This is here in case anything should go wrong, and you need to send your Uccello Kettle or part back for repair or replacement. Don’t worry we pay for returns.
