We offer a 7-day ‘Change of Mind‘ policy. This is where if for whatever reason, you feel the Uccello Kettle does not fit your needs and you wish to return your kettle, we first will need to establish that it isn’t damaged so we can process the return. This is done by contacting Cathriona in our Customer Care Team and she will be happy to guide you through the process of our free returns process.
Returning your Uccello Kettle:
- You will need to supply us with the address, day, and a time that suits you for the collection of the kettle.
- We will then connect with our courier and supply the pickup details provided by you.
- The kettle will be picked up and brought back to us.
- All charges are paid for by Uccello, you have no part to play other than nominating the day and time and ensuring that the kettle is available for collection.
Once we receive the kettle and can confirm it is unused and not damaged, we will be able to issue you your refund. This return process can take between 3-5 working days depending on where it is coming from but the actual refund is an immediate process from our side but may take a few days to clear depending on your bank.
