In the unlikely event that your order is broken/faulty, you can return it by contacting our Customer Care Team. Once the issue is determined we will let you know if you should discard your order or post it back to us for investigation.
Should you be asked to post it back, our Customer Care Team will send you the address to post it back to. Uccello Designs do not cover the cost of retuns.
Our Customer Care Team will then send out the replacement part or a totally new product (depending on the problem) that same day.
