We offer a 7-day ‘Change of Mind’ policy. This means, that for whatever reason, you feel your product does not fit your needs and you wish to return it, we first will need to establish that it hasn’t been used and isn’t damaged so we can process the return.
This can be done by contacting Denise at our Customer Care Team and she will be happy to guide you through the process of our returns process. Please note that Uccello Designs do not cover the cost of returns.
