In the unlikely event that your kettle is broken or faulty, please contact our Customer Care Team and they will resolve this issue immediately.

When you contact our customer care team, we would ask that you:

1. Provide a description of the issue/fault.
2. The order number you received when you purchased your kettle either from our website or from Amazon (this will be in the ‘Order Confirmation’ email you received directly after you purchased).
3. The batch code/batch number of the kettle – you will find this on the base of the Uccello Kettle vessel.
